We had the chance to participate in RGD’s second annual Great Canadian Studio Crawl, where over 35 studios showcase their team and offices through virtual tours.
Big thank you to Nicholas Paddison for coming over to our studio and filming us in our natural environment. He helped us look like the professional strategic design studio that we are.
You can view the rest of the tours on RGD’s YouTube channel here.
We also participated in 401 Richmond’s annual Art Hunt, an event where participants go on a treasure hunt to find wooden eggs decorated by 401 tenants.
There were approximately 60 eggs this year, and you can view them all here.
“Joshua and I were talking about great song choices in Edgar Wright movies. Hot Fuzz in particular. I’m working on a painting capturing the moment of lighting a match. So I thought, what would the soundtrack be for an Edgar Wright movie about an arsonist. This playlist is loosely based on this idea… Enjoy!”

The School of Visual Arts has “… produced more than 180 posters for the New York City subway platforms, in the process creating one of the most enduring public art projects in the City. This is a complete overview of the subway poster campaign, from the earliest posters when SVA was known as Cartoonists and Illustrators School to the most current posters now displayed in subway stations.”
Thank you to RGD for featuring our brand identity work done for this year’s National Media Awards Foundation! Our work was published under their Case Study articles page.
I saw someone tweeting that they’ll send you the Apple Branding Guide from 1987 if you replied to their tweet- as a way to push engagement- and of course I was interested.
But because I’m stubborn, I refused and decided to search for it myself and came across Branding Style Guidelines, an online global directory of branding guides curated by designer Raphaël Wittman.
Brand guidelines are submitted by studios and designers and by making a free account you’re able to download them!
It’s too easy to go down a rabbit hole, so proceed with caution.
